HAMMER GIRL BRIEF

Hammer Girl was the first project of second semester for the module Introduction to Games Design. For this brief, we were required to use the asset pack given to us to create a series of levels to develop blueprinting skills. Within this, I learnt how to blueprint: Collectables, Destructible Meshes, NPC Actors, HUDs, Moving Actors, Item Pickups, Day & Night Cycles and Inventories.

As part of this project, we were given the opportunity to be paired with a Music Practice student to have sound created for our games. This opportunity was a great experience in developing a contact for future projects and working with a student for a game who had little experience of the Games Industry.

For the module this was submitted as part of I achieved a grade of 81 (First Class)
